Interesting formula
Feels good on the skin. This toner has a slightly less scented more pleasantly medicinal aroma than the cream, which is very nice,also. However , for now I am using it as a spot treatment for eczema and irritated skin rather than a facial toner. If I see any improvements I will bathe in it!
