To access lip balm, simply push up the bottom of the tube. If too much comes up, you can gently push the lip balm back down. 

We recommend doing this when the lip balm is room temperature - not too hot or cold.

Our lip balms may soften if stored in a warm place and can experience a small amount of melt if kept in a hot car. This may result in a tube that gets a little oily, but the lip balm should still be able to bounce back! 

If you get your tube too hot, you can take it inside to room temp or pop it in the fridge for a quick recovery. 

We always recommend storing inside and out of direct sunlight. They should be a-okay in your pocket.

If you mean shelf life, they have a good 2 years. We recommend using within about a year after opening and beginning to use, though.

If you mean how many uses, you can get hundreds of applications out of one tube. Our tubes hold 2x the lip balm of a standard plastic lip balm tube; they may look cute and small but they are mighty! 

Many of our customers report their lip balms lasting anywhere from 3-6 months depending on how often they apply. 

Depending on the flavor, we use essential oils or natural flavor oils (both certified organic).
